SECP extends filing date of Form-29 to November 18

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has extended the date of filing for Form-29 to Monday, November 18, 2013. The extension has been granted due to Aushra holidays falling on statutory filing date of November 14 for the companies which held their AGM on October 31, 2013.

To extend maximum facilitation, Company Registration Offices of the SECP shall also remain open till 8 PM to collect returns from companies on November 18, 2013.

It may be noted that companies are required to file Form-29 to the SECP to report any change/election/appointment/reappointment of directors or officers including chief executive, auditor etc. of the company.
