Pakistan’s liquid foreign reserves stood at $ 17,197.4 million on 1st January, 2011, which is the highest level of the country' history.
The State Bank of Pakistan released the country's liquid foreign reserves position on Thursday. According to the figures, foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan was at the level of $ 13,527.9 million. The net foreign reserves held by banks other than State Bank $3,669.5 million
